Both Pirate and I had to fight the urge to go in after the little guy, but he was not having any problems and he chose to swim to the deep end of the pool by himself. I wondered if he got turned around accidentally, but no, he knew what he was doing and after he went as far as he wanted, he turned around and swam back to the stairs.
"Oh good, there is my brother waiting for me."
"I guess he is showing me how to shake it off".
"I can do this!"
"Wow, I can hardly believe I did all that and it was easy too. Now I am a swimmer like my brothers."
