We are very happy about Journey's third place. Well, I am anyway. He is happy too, but then he is always happy and I don't think he really grasps his accomplishment on the list. He is much more proud of the mud he is currently sporting from playing in the rain with Pirate. He knows what ribbons are because I showed them to him and named them for him as he won them, but it is hard to get excited over a list when you are just a happy two year old pup.
Laura will be taking some new pictures of him as soon as I manage to keep him clean long enough to get him to her studio. We are expecting a dry week ahead, so maybe I can get him cleaned up for photos. Journey is retired from the conformation show ring now, as we are spending our time doing sports and going to school. He is at Level 3 in his agility classes now. Pirate is in advanced Rally and Quest is in Beginners Rally. I am working hard to keep up with them. It is good exercise and a whole lot of fun!
